Roof inspections
What does a roof inspection tell you?
Whether your roof needs nothing, a repair or a replacement. Inspections are one of Regnier Roofing's services, and Ethan's approach is honest communication: he tells you what he finds, so you decide with the facts in front of you instead of guessing.
Prince Albert roofs work hard. Environment Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Prince Albert airport average 111.5 cm of snowfall a year and a January daily mean of -17.2°C, and every spring all of that melts off the shingles and into the eavestroughs.
If something does need work, shingle repairs and full replacements are both Regnier Roofing services, and the estimate for any work is free.

FAQ
Roof inspection questions
When should I get my roof inspected?
Common times are before buying or selling a home, after a hail or wind storm, and in spring once the snow is gone. Prince Albert averages 111.5 cm of snowfall a year under Environment Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals, so it is worth knowing what the winter did to your shingles.
What happens if the inspection finds a problem?
Ethan tells you what he found and what it needs. Shingle repairs and full roof replacements are both Regnier Roofing services, and estimates for the work are free and come with a detailed breakdown, so you can decide what to do without any obligation to go ahead.
Do you inspect roofs outside Prince Albert?
Yes. Regnier Roofing is based in Prince Albert and serves Shellbrook, Emma Lake, Candle Lake, Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin, Big River and La Ronge as well. Pick your community in the request form, or call 306-941-8197 and tell Ethan where the property is.
How do I book a roof inspection?
Call 306-941-8197 during working hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, or send the form on this page with your address and what made you want the roof checked. Ethan takes the winter off, but you can send a request any time of year and he will be in touch.
